Refunds are processed in a reasonable manner. For example, if KENJI never worked for you because of an error, you will be refunded the full amount. If you are simply unhappy with your results, your request may be taken into consideration. KENJI reserves the right to honor or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.

Should the Customer request a refund due to account inactivity as caused by technical issues, the Company may issue a refund at its sole discretion. If the Company determines to grant a refund, the refund will be for a maximum period of 2 months. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure their account activity.

In the event of a refund request

If you believe you should be issued a refund, please reach out to our support team with full details of your request including the relevant Transaction ID. While we strive to be as fair as possible when reviewing a refund request, please keep in mind that refunds are usually provided only in extreme circumstances.

Refunds regarding annual subscriptions: Annual subscription refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of the company. Requests for an annual refund can be made only during the first 60 days of the subscription.

Refunds regarding migration: Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the Company. KENJI offers an alternative service that is price matched with KENJI's legacy Samurai and Shogun plans. This service operates exactly as intended and as wholesomely as KENJI. Should you choose to migrate, a refund will be granted as soon as your account has successfully been moved to the other service. This refund process typically takes 7-14 days. Should you choose not to migrate to the new service, you may continue to use KENJI's legacy web app, or you can get in touch with support to migrate your subscription to the new KENJI app.

For refund requests or queries pertaining to the refund section of our Terms & Conditions, please contact Support to ensure you are eligible for a refund.
